South London Refurbishments are some months in to a full house refurbishments in Clapham, South London – which includes a loft conversion with a walk in wardrobe.  The entire house been stripped and re-plastered, fitted master bedroom with bespoke wardrobe, installed a stunning en-suite to the master bedroom. The wrap around extension is in the last phase. Kitchen is being fitted.  We sanded and varnished all existing original floorboards.  It is time consuming but if you are fortunate to have original floorboards in good condition, it is definitely worth spending the money as it gives back the original feel to the house.  Cellar has been converted to a useful space, utility room.  If you have a cellar where there is a potential of turning it to a useable space, there is always a way to turn that room to a useable space cost effectively.
